So one day I wear pink and then the next day I wear black and orange - this is playing havoc with my closet and trying to keep the laundry caught up with my pink and orange clothes!!!
Our local yarn shop Creative Yarns does a big breast cancer campaign. The shop hands out small bags of yarn to those who wish to knit or crochet a scarf. My bag contained enough yarn for me to make two scarves - one crocheted and one knitted.

They also set aside a Friday evening and all day Saturday for "Knit-a-Tit". Which is knitting a temporary prosthesis (sp?). Below is my contribution.

What a great idea! Good for you for participating too. I get my mammogram every spring without fail. :D
Nice of you to contribute Roberta. I thought of you last week while in Michael's. They had a display of all kinds of pink yarns for Breast Cancer Month.
I haven't had one yet this year.........but only because I'm not old enough yet for my insurance company to pay for it. I'm good to go starting next year though!!! :)
