Miss Penny

For Christmas, I received, from my children, Miss Penny. She is from Olde Colonial Designs and she is already dressed and ready to go. She is just waiting patiently for her apron to be stitched and for her little needle book to be stitched and finished.
She also has a little cap with lace that will cover her head properly. Miss Penny is really darling. I am so loving stitching up her apron, which is almost finished. But I wanted to share her with you. I will post her again when her apron, cap and needlebook are finished.

She comes in red dress or a blue dress. I am really not a blue person, but just love reds and cranberry color, in that my children did well.
Thanks for stopping by ----- Roberta

Roberta--- she is truly lovely. I have stitched her, in red too, and she is sitting watching over the goings-on in my stitching room.

Miss Penny is a lovely lady, and you did a beautiful job stitching her apron. It will be fun to see her with her lace cap and needlebook. Enjoy.

Miss Penny is very cute. I would like her in either color, they are two of my favorites. It will be fun to see her finished.

How cute she is. I think I have seen Sheila's although it may not have been stitched at that time.
What a wonderful gift to receive.

Roberta, I just love Miss Penny! Wonderful. With regard to your question about the Shores SAL, it is taking place in the Carriage House Stitchers yahoo group. Feel free to join in though, via your blog. We'll be stitching one block (hopefully) a month, beginning March 1st and doing monthly updates on our blogs and in the group. If you have any questions, feel free to email me too artbuff at hotmail.
