So glad that Margaret put you in contact.

We share the same interests. I am either sewing, quilting, knitting, gardening or playing golf. We play on a links course next to our home. When the wind blows in off the sea it becomes very interesting golf.

Best wishes

Nicola xNicolahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10406422781789740027noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8995748515195661212.post-8792754585407645042009-12-26T14:05:37.411-05:002009-12-26T14:05:37.411-05:00So sad to loose a beautiful old tree like that.So sad to loose a beautiful old tree like that.louisenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8995748515195661212.post-21916838694586593152009-12-25T03:45:57.150-05:002009-12-25T03:45:57.150-05:00Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas Rober...Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas Roberta!

Christmas hugs ~
HeidiHeidihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00060822757546401667noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8995748515195661212.post-86466188486510266272009-12-14T11:19:12.679-05:002009-12-14T11:19:12.679-05:00Gosh,what a shock you must have had Roberta, when ...Gosh,what a shock you must have had Roberta, when you got back to this sight. We had such a storm a couple of years ago and it tore a mighty branch off one of the trees in front of the house. And we were also very lucky that it didn't hit the house nore someone on the street. It was so big that my DH had to cut it with a saw in order to have smaller pieces to carry away. What will you be doing with the tree?Brigittehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03922122091202289138noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8995748515195661212.post-53956187784931434682009-12-05T03:53:52.742-05:002009-12-05T03:53:52.742-05:00Good to know there was no damage to your property ...Good to know there was no damage to your property and that everyone is safe and well.
It must have been a very scary thing when the tree came down. That being said this looks all to familiar! We had a big tree uprooted in our backyard about a year after we moved into this house. And, if Macon experiences the ice storms like we do, well all you here at night are trees and limbs falling everywhere!Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06645701341189264472noreply@blogger.com
