Oh My Goodness, I found my Threads!!!

While looking for threads for an other project, I found my threads for Quaker Christmas!!!  I am so excited - these threads have been lost forever and I didn't want to buy more since I knew I had several skeins of Balsam Fir around here somewhere.  I think I may actually finish this project before Christmas this year.  This is such a relief - I actually feel my MOJO perking up and wanting to work diligently on all of my stitching projects.  Whooo Hoooo I am just so jazzed!!!
Sorry for being so crazy, but I am just beside myself.

Well, off to stitch something else that needs to be done and in the mail sometime next week!!!
It's an exchange piece.

Thanks for visiting  ---------------------Roberta

Yay!!! I definitely know that feeling -- I misplaced a whole bunch of things for the longest time. Then one day I looked in a place I hadn't looked and found practically all the things I'd misplaced! lol! Great feeling!

I seem to find my misplaced items in the same logical place to put them but I swear I have looked there many times before. I swear tha hubby moves them around just to mess with me LOL. Glad you found yours and can't wait to see your finish.

Deep breaths, in out, in out, there you are! So glad because had you bought new the old would naturally have reappeared in a Really Obvious Place!

Can you email me with your email? xxx

So glad that you found them. I hate it when I misplace stuff like that.

So glad you found them, Roberta! I can soooo relate to this! For years, I have been looking for threads to go with a Santa canvas, then I would find the threads and forget where I put the canvas! Finally, they are all together. I organized my storage room, which is mostly filled with my stash, and I put everything togehter--whew! What a job, but now I know what I have and where it is! I could hide my own Easter eggs! LOL!

I can easily understand your excitement and that you feel so motivated now. Since last year I've been looking for the pattern of a bag which I lost after buying the fabric, threads and everything. And even my husband couldn't find it and he's very good at finding things that I lose, lol. Maybe one day ...

I think so many of us can understand the joy of finding lost threads - you know they are somewhere - it is just remembering the "where"! I found a brand new large cutting board for my patchwork last week - hidden under a pile of fabric and projects - I was so excited,it was like Christmas and Birthday all at once. I had bought it last year at the FOQ, and I was only thinking the other day I must buy a new one this weekend when I am there - one year on!! How daft am I!!!
