Shadow work project with Marion Scoular

This past Thursday, I was able to take a class with Marion Scoular a well know educator in the needlearts. She is originally from the UK and was trained at the Royal School of Needlework. The picture above is a view from the right side. Below is what the piece looks like from the back.
I am not sure how I am going to finish this - thinking of maybe a small little pouch or pillow.

Thanks for dropping in --- Roberta

Hi Roberta,
Your work is lovely. Marion is a very nice teacher. Did you take the class with Magnolia Sampler Guild?

Your shadow work is beautiful and the colours are gorgeous. It was nice to read the tutor came from the UK. I have seen quite a few exhibitions of the students work at the RSofN it is breathtaking.
Thank you so much for sharing.

Oh Roberta, this is so so pretty. And I particularly love the fabric with the floral peattern that is in the pictures too and matches the colours so perfectly.
